Our Physiotherapists help you to understand why you’re in pain and what you can do about it. Know your diagnosis, how long you may expect to recover and be supported to rehabilitate and achieve the goals important to you.

Movement really is medicine! Exercise Physiologists are university qualified to understand restrictions and limitations in many chronic conditions. Our EP can help you to feel safe and maximise movement training to build strength, stamina and balance.

Have access to a fully equipped clinical Pilates studio, where the equipment supports you to move without restriction. Our Pilates classes are taught by Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists who understand injury and pain.

Embody Women

Women’s Health Physiotherapists can help women of all ages. We offer an effective non-invasive approach to treating stress and urge incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, pelvic organ prolapse, abdominal separation and sexual dysfunction.

Are you pregnant or planning for pregnancy? Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists can guide you through pregnancy, treating pain, empowering you with knowledge to prepare for birth and with safe and effective exercises to prepare for birth and postnatal recovery.
Our Women’s Health Physios can help with postnatal checks, abdominal separation / diastasis recti, musculoskeletal pain, return to exercise and running. A postnatal check-up is recommended at between 6-8 weeks after all births. -
Hormone changes don’t just cause hot flushes or weight gain. We can assist with musculoskeletal complaints that arise during menopause (muscle and tendon injury and reduced bone density) as well as assess and help with pelvic floor incontinence, prolapse, improved toileting and sexual function.

A pessary is a soft, ring-shaped device placed into the vagina to support vaginal or pelvic tissues for women who have pelvic organ prolapse or stress incontinence. Our Women’s Health Physiotherapists are trained to fit pessaries if appropriate and work with your gynaecologist in managing prolapse symptoms.

Our Rheumatology Physiotherapist can offer an informed perspective on managing symptoms and flare-ups, lifestyle factors and the role of movement for people who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having an inflammatory disease such as Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Axial spondyloarthritis or Lupus (SLE).

Our Arthritis Exercise Services offer low impact movement options such as pilates, strength training and hydrotherapy, as well as a personalised management plan specific to you and your goals, making sure you feel confident with any exercises before trying them at home.
