My philosophy on Physiotherapy: Women’s health concerns like pain or pelvic floor dysfunction are common, but that doesn’t mean they should be brushed off or become your ‘new normal.’ You deserve to feel heard, supported and empowered in your body.
In my spare time you’ll find me: Chasing after my inquisitive toddler, enjoying a pram walk with a coffee in hand, spending time with family and friends or unwinding with a good fantasy or romance novel on my Kindle.
