Embody Movement Pilates and fitness classes are held at either Shop B, 698 Nicklin Way, Currimundi or Shop 3, 15 Grammar School Way, Forest Glen (excluding hydrotherapy).

Class descriptions
Clinical Pilates
Embody Movement clinical Pilates classes utilise our entire Pilates studio, including equipment such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and springboard. These Pilates classes are suitable for beginners and remain small, with up to 3-4 clients per class. Clinical Pilates classes are individualised, with each person completing exercises specific to their needs. 4 participants maximum.
30-minute class: $30 casual
50-minute class: $55 per class (multi-class packs are available).
Circuit Pilates
Embody Movement circuit classes are an affordable option for people wanting the benefits of the Pilates equipment and supervision of our instructors but do not require modifications. There may be up to six clients per class and we move through a varied circuit of exercises. Circuit classes are suitable Pilates classes for beginners or experienced practitioners. These classes are not tailored for the individual, however modifications can be made to ensure the exercises are appropriate for you.
50-minute class: $34 per class (multi-class packs are available)
Mums & Bubs Pilates
An individualised Pilates class for mums postnatally that focuses on postural strength, pelvic floor or abdominal rehabilitation and general mobility. Bring your bub to class! Appropriate for bubs before crawling. As our classes are run by Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists, Health Fund rebates may apply. 4 participants maximum.
50-minute class: $55 per class (multi-class packs available).
Pregnancy Pilates
Set in a circuit style our Pregnancy Pilates class is available for participants during any stage of Pregnancy. Pilates is a wonderful way to prepare your body for childbirth as well as assist to alleviate pain during pregnancy. As our classes are run by Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists, Health Fund rebates may apply. 6 participants maximum.
50-minute class: $34 per class (multi-class packs available).
Strength & Functional Fitness
Led by an experienced Exercise Physiologist, this class offers a circuit-style workout in the gym (no Pilates). This class combines a variety of strength and cardio exercises to deliver a balanced and effective session, tailored to help clients build bone density, improve strength and cardiovascular fitness.
45-minute class: $27 casually (multi-class packs available).
Seniors Strength & Fitness
A bit of fun and a bit of fitness! Designed to improve base strength, postural stability and overall movement confidence through gentle, resistance-based exercises. Run in a circuit-style format, this class features a set program aimed at enhancing strength for everyday tasks, such as lifting, reaching, and maintaining balance. 12 participants maximum.
45-minute class: $22 (multi-class packs are available).
Hybrid classes (Pilates and Gym)
Offers a circuit-style blend of gym-based strength training and Pilates. This affordable option provides the muscle-strengthening benefits of strength training alongside the flexibility and balance-enhancing aspects of Pilates, creating a well-rounded workout.
50-minute class: $34 (multi-class packs are available).
Balance & Bones class
Taught by our Physiotherapist, this class focuses on resistance-based and balance exercises. The class is designed to help to promote the improvement of bone density, balance and coordination in order to prevent falls. If you’re looking for osteoporosis exercises, this class is for you! Balance and Bones is run in a circuit style but with a focus on falls prevention and clients with osteoporosis. Maximum 12 participants.
50-minute class. $22 (multi-class packages are available)
Small Group Strength Training
Our Small Group Strength class offers a highly individualised approach to strength and functional fitness, held in the gym (no Pilates). Led by our experienced Exercise Physiologist, these small, client-specific classes focus on exercise programs tailored to each participant’s unique needs and goals.
30-minute class: $40 casual per class (multi-class packs available).

How our Class Packs work
Class Packs are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Class Packs cannot be exchanged for other services, redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
Class Packs are transferrable to another class type for the same client. Used sessions on the current pack are redeemed at the full class amount and the remaining dollar value converted to a credit. This credit can be used to purchase another pack or pay for individual classes.
