My philosophy on Physiotherapy: I take a proactive and personalised approach, treating the whole person to support a healthy, calming and balanced life.
In my spare time you’ll find me: In my spare time I love to practise Pilates Reformer. It clears my mind and moves my body in a way that is hugely beneficial for me. I feel so energised and uplifted after! I also enjoy yoga, walking by the beach and listening to podcasts.
