The aim of this package is to help you feel prepared for the changes within your body during pregnancy and ready for your ideal birth.

A 1-on-1 Pregnancy Health Assessment with a Women’s Health Physiotherapist (valued at $188)
One pregnancy remedial massage for 60 minutes (valued at $110)
2 x private exercise consultations (Pilates or strength-based) with an individualised home exercise program (valued at $198)
Complimentary resistance/booty band (valued at $35).
Complementary Pregnancy and Post-Natal ebook (value $25)

Once you purchase your package, we will be in touch with more information and a link to book your initial consultation. The remaining sessions are completely flexible and can be booked when you are ready.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pre and Post Natal Care Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Pre and Post Natal Care Packages are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for other services, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
3. Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.
4. Normal cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to bookings.
5. The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.
