Are you pregnant or planning for pregnancy? Our Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists can guide you through your pregnancy with valuable information and practical support.

The aim of this package is to help you feel prepared for the changes in your body during pregnancy, ready for your ideal birth and supported through recovery after birth. We’ll help you feel strong, informed and confident every step of the way.

Package Inclusions

  • 1 x 60-minute Initial Women’s Health Consultation ($250 value): Our Women’s Health Physiotherapist can help you with birth prep, pelvic floor training, address difficulties with continence or bowel habits, address pelvic girdle pain, provide DRAM management strategies plus a whole lot more.

  • 1 x 60-minute Pregnancy Massage ($142 value): Our Remedial Massage Therapist can help alleviate body aches and pains that occur during pregnancy. Enjoy your massage lying on our super comfortable belly pillows.

  • 1 x 60-minute Postnatal Women’s Health Consultation ($250 value): In this visit our Women’s Health Physiotherapist can assess your pelvic floor strength and recovery, address and assess for prolapse or DRAM, discuss breastfeeding posture to prevent back and neck pain, c-section/scar management if applicable and any other concerns.

Private Health

Claiming with Private Health is available for eligible members. Invoices for claiming online with your health fund can be provided once the service has been rendered. Health Funds will not rebate on services that you have not yet received.

Enhanced Primary Care Plans

You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate for physiotherapy services through an Enhance Primary Care Plan. Medicare rebates can only be provided once services have been rendered. Please check with reception prior to purchasing this pack if you have any questions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Pregnancy & Postnatal Care Package valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

  2. Free Pilates class must be used within 6 months of date of purchase.

  3. Pregnancy eBook will be emailed after the first visit has been attended.

  4. Pre and Post Natal Bundle sessions are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for other services, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.

  5. Services can be used at either the Currimundi or Forest Glen Practice.

  6. The Pregnancy & Postnatal Care Package cannot be split, all of the visits must be used by the same person.

  7. Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.

  8. Normal cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to bookings.

  9. The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.

  10. All class participants are required to sign a Class Waiver and Agreement prior to beginning classes at Embody Movement.

Cancellation and Non-attendance Policy

As we experience high demand for our services, we kindly request that you keep our 24-hour cancellation policy in mind. If you cancel or do not attend your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, the appointment will be considered redeemed.
