My philosophy on Exercise Physiology: I love both empowering and educating my patients on the power of movement. Exercise doesn’t always start with weights and big gyms, it starts with sustainable movement that you enjoy and makes your body feel good, all whilst working towards something bigger.
In my spare time you’ll find me: Camping and exploring national parks with my partner, creating cheese boards at the beach, finding the fluffiest dogs and playing with my nieces.
My favourite place on the Sunshine Coast: Alex Headland and Moffat Beach - perfect spots for a sunset picnic!
