While the process takes hard work and persistence, the results are always worth it.

About Chloe
Chloe is passionate about the long-term role that Exercise Physiology can play in enhancing people’s lives. She loves empowering people to achieve goals they once thought were out of reach and helping them improve their everyday function through better movement.
“One of the most rewarding parts of my job is seeing clients recognise the positive impact of exercise, whether it’s something as simple as being able to put on their pants standing up when they once couldn’t, or regaining the confidence to move without pain,” she says.
Having grown up playing touch football, exercise has always been a significant part of Chloe’s life and something she never takes for granted. This lifelong connection to movement continues to fuel her passion for helping others experience the same benefits that being active has brought to her life.
Chloe is passionate about supporting women to reconnect with themselves through movement, whether in the postpartum period, during menopause or at any stage of life: “There is something truly special about helping women rediscover their strength, confidence and spark.”

My philosophy on Exercise Physiology: To empower people to take ownership of their journey by setting realistic, achievable goals because while the process takes hard work and persistence, the results are always worth it.
In my spare time you’ll find me: In my spare time, you’ll find me training at the gym with friends or heading out for a run. When I’m not exercising, I love spending time at the beach with my partner and our dog, soaking up the sun and recharging by the ocean.
