The Embody Movement Postnatal Care package is designed to support you through recovery after birth, no matter what type of delivery you have had. The package provides the opportunity to discuss concerns, pain or difficulties since birth with our Women’s Health Physiotherapists and build confidence, regain strength and safely resume your usual activities.
What’s included:
1-on-1 Postnatal Assessment at 6-8 weeks after birth with our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, addressing pelvic floor health and abdominal separation (valued at $188). (Find out why a postnatal check-up is important.)
Physiotherapy consultation and treatment to alleviate any musculoskeletal pain associated with birth or caring for your newborn (valued at $138).
2 x private exercise consults (pilates or strength-based) to prepare your body for post-birth and recovery, including a home-based exercise program (valued at $198).
Complimentary resistance/booty band (valued at $35).
Complimentary 40 page Pregnancy and Post-Natal ebook (valued at $25)

Once you purchase your package, we will be in touch with more information and a link to book your initial consultation. The remaining sessions are completely flexible and can be booked when you are ready.
Terms and Conditions
1. Pre and Post Natal Care Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Pre and Post Natal Care Packages are non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for other services, cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
3. Personal information may be collected by the issuer at the time of purchase. Persons subject to these terms consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy unless they advise otherwise.
4. Normal cancellation and non-attendance policy applies to bookings.
5. The issuer may amend these terms at any time without notice.
