You’ll find me in my spare time: Going for a run, or spending time outdoors with my family. We love camping and exploring this amazing country.

My philosophy on Exercise Physiology: Through facilitating education and exercise rehabilitation I strive to empower women to better understand and manage their condition, and achieve optimum physical and mental health.

Favourite place on the Sunshine Coast:  Too many places still to explore, can’t choose just one!

“I find a person’s recovery from injury is so strongly influenced by their mindset. Their body can heal but often their mind needs convincing. My passion is helping people reach their full potential in what they have set out to achieve.” - Jodie Koehler, Women's Health Physiotherapist, Embody Movement
